Mount Mayabobo is a cinder cone situated at the base of Mount Banahaw which are located at Brgy. Mayabobo Candelaria, Quezon. It has a height of  300 m and it is one of the tourist destination for local residents of Candelaria and nearby municipalities, it has a telecommunication site at its summit for sight-seeing and hiking. For beginners even it’s height is low still it was hard to get to it’s peak because the road is pretty slippery. When you get to the peak you will see clearly the town of Candelaria, other hills and Mount Banahaw. This Mount Mayabobo was the first hike for me and it gives me chill that time.

MOUNT PINAGBANDERAHAN

Pinagbanderahan is located at Quezon National Park in Atimonan Quezon. This park which is nestled in the famed Sierra Madre Mountain Range, accessible by a scenic zigzag road that cuts through the forests. Built during the American period, the Forest Park is one of the oldest protected areas in the Philippines. Pinagbanderan is a historic site which means “where the flag was hoisted”, the flag signifies as a beacon in the Philippine Revolution and it witnessed the American and Japanese flags being raised in its heights before finally the Philippine flag reclaimed its proper place in 1946.

The peak of Pinagbanderahan was a perfect place to view Mount Banahaw as well as the city of Lucena and the town of Pagbilao, Tayabas, Padre Burgos and Atimonan. It is a nice place to unwind and to relieved stresses. There is also a small cave you will see as you go to the peak and it takes 1-2 hours to climb up the flight of stairs that leads to its peak.

Exploring Kwebang Lampas

Kwebang Lampas Beach is located at Isla Polo, Pagbilao Quezon. I’ve got amazing experience in this Island! The ambiance of this island was so relaxing and it has a cool and wonderful place that gives you peace and appreciation on nature. There is a small cave on the right part that can easily accessible through short swim or trek on rocks and you will see some fishes there. Kwebang Lampas is a white sand beach and has a crystal clear and cold water and I’m pretty sure that if you go there, you will enjoy the beauty and the nature of it.

Kaibigan,

Cagbalete Island

Cagbalete Island was the most promising Island I’ve been to and it is surrounded with cream sand and crystal water. A simple island that offered the quietude we’ve been craving for a long time. Cagbalete is one of the crystals of the province of Quezon, an island of white sand which is located within Lamon Bay and Pacific Ocean on east side and it is popular because of sand ripples during low tide that makes the Island more unique. We arrived at the island when the sky is getting dark then we stayed at Pansacola Beach Resort. That night there are a group of people dancing with fire and there are fireworks firing and it feels so good and it was a very relaxing night for me. Also, the city lights and the power plant of Mauban are very visible that night because of their sparkling lights that also catches my attention. I got amaze on that island because it was so nice and I feel relax that helps me relieved stress and that Island is one of the places I want to go back to.

Social Media: Effects on people

Social media is one of the reason why people get busy because they can easily access and communicate to other people online and not personally. Social media has a positive and negative effect. The positive of it is that people can easily communicate to other people and can easily make friends through online by the use of internet and also, people can also easily get your personal information without knowing it. In spite of that, there are also a negative effect of social media and that is there are people using it just to harm people. Also, sometimes there are people who are addicted to social media and sometimes they feel that they cannot live without it and they spend so much time on it which affect their healthy lifestyle. Social media can also reduce your self communication to other people personally which aren’t good in developing communication skill of a person.
